Delivery Information
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Mainland UK
- Selected postcodes in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
For delivery to remote or rural areas, additional charges or extended delivery times may apply. Please contact us for more information.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before cut-off time 3 PM are processed the same day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your delivery status via the courier's website or through your Clever Cart account.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as:
- Delays
- Damaged or missing items
Please contact our Customer Support team at clevercart@mail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery:
- Our courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your package.
- Alternatively, the package may be left in a safe place (if specified during checkout).
