Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain items, such as personalized products or opened cleaning solutions, are non-returnable for safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@clevercart.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? Contact us at support@clevercart.co.uk, and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
